Tour Plan

Meet with us at the airport, greetings, and transfer to one of the three lodges. Our staff will be ready to give you a warm welcome into Tanzania, with a fresh juice and refreshing towel. Relax by the campfire, bar, or lounge area before getting ready for your first day or night in Tanzania.

After breakfast, Pick up from the Lodge in Arusha. Meet with your guide who will be with you during the safari. Board your safari vehicle, a land cruiser with a pop-up roof and enough space for standing during game viewing. Take about 3hrs & 30 minutes to drive to Tarangire National Park

The park is famous and known as the Home of Elephant and giant Baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive with your guide who will provide information and facts about wild animals and plants.

Late evening drive to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and a night stay at Migunga Tented Camp

We depart with packed lunch boxes towards Lake Natron. Located about 3.5 hours’ drive away from Mto Wa Mbu, Lake Natron is a surreal destination and unique natural spectacle. Its waters are highly alkaline and are unusually shallow, averaging just one meter in depth.

After checking into your lodge and a short break, you will go to the waterfalls. You can take a quick dip and enjoy the fresh water while swimming. It is the perfect way to cool down when the outside temperature has reached over 35 degrees. The waterfall has wild palms growing above the gorge and if you go under the waterfall itself you find a semi tunnel that leads to the back where you can easily have a swim. You spend the whole day here with the guide who will show and provide all information about this unique place.

In the evening the Maasai tribesman takes you on a walk around the shores of Lake Natron on the lookout for birds, especially the lesser flamingos. Lake Natron is the most important and regular breeding site for lesser flamingos in East Africa hosting up to 2 million of them during the breeding season.

After breakfast, depart to Serengeti National Park. Six-hour drive in a jeep to Serengeti, Tanzania’s largest park and known worldwide for its endless plains and migration. It’s the oldest park in Tanzania and the most complex ecosystem on earth.

The flora and fauna are almost the same as hundreds of centuries ago.

Following your game drives in the central Serengeti National Park, your driver will transfer you to Ikoma Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

Today you will go on a full day of game drives in the Serengeti, one of Africa's best national parks. The Serengeti has a lot to offer, including superb game drives, stunning sunsets, and a large number of animals that may be seen in a single day.

You will learn about their hut creation and how and why they move. Go for a walk learning Hadzabe bush lore and their uses of different plants.

In the afternoon you will have lunch at the picnic site, and after lunch drive to the Datoga tribe.
