Welcome to Saaanane Island National Park!
Welcome to Saanane, a Park that is located on an island
in the Lake Victoria. It’s the only National Park within
the city limits. The wildlife here includes Impala, Zebra,
Wildebeest Klipspringer, Rock Hyrax, Vervet Monkeys,
Dikdik, Otters, Crocodiles and a mixture of indigenous and
introduced species. The habitat is of granite boulders, grassy
areas, thorny thicket and woodland. There are several reed beds and large trees around the island’s shores
- RUBONDO NATIONAL PARK
Welcome to Rubondo Island National Park!
The largest island national park in Africa, Rubondo that
lies in the Southern part of Lake Victoria - the world’s
second largest lake after the superior welcomes you to see
the surprising number of mammals including the famous
Sitatunga, nocturnal Civet and Genet as well as a number of
other antelope species that are found in the dense forest. On
the shores of the island and smaller bodies of water there are serrated hinged terrapins which lay eggs between March and April.
Walking through the dense forest, the park offers you a chance to see a lot of butterflies, orchids that grow on the island and bird species. The park also has variety of habitats inhabited with wildlife including Velvet monkeys, Genet cats, Spotted necked Otters, Hippos, Crocodiles, Chimpanzees, Elephants and Giraffes.

Welcome to Lake Manyara National Park lies in a very dramatic setting up against the steep western wall of the Rift Valley. Being directly en route to Ngorongoro from Arusha or Tarangire, it is a popular place either for a day visit or for longer.
Most of the characteristic East African mammals are found in Manyara including elephant, buffalo, hippo, lion,
leopard, cheetah, giraffe and lots of plains game, and reputedly the largest baboon troupes in Africa.
Some lions have opted to rest up during the heat of midday in trees, giving rise to the mistaken belief that the Manyara lions are somehow different. Lions in many parts of Africa often spend time on the lower broad Limbed branches of trees probably to escape flies.

Welcome to Mikumi National Park!
As accessible as it is, Mikumi is the most appealing Park to a
safari. This Park will give a true taste of an African safari
while preserving your precious time.
The Park has a variety of wildlife that can be easly seen. Its
closeness to Dar es salaam makes it an ideal place for weekend
visitors who don’t have to spend a long time on an extended
safari itinerary. The vegetation of this area is savanna dotted
